At Teadog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip with the RA number clearly marked.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
